About Mandi Ozuna
Selecting
a realtor is important because you want to partner with someone you can
trust. A real estate deal is an involved business transaction, and
there can be many pitfalls along the way. In addition, buying or
selling a home can be an emotionally stressful experience, so you'll
definitely want someone in your corner to help smooth the way to a
successful and happy transaction. Give me a chance to show you how my
compassion and dedication to service can give you a positive real estate
experience. I hope that you will choose to partner with me on your
next Tri-Cities real estate transaction.

Thank you
for taking the time to get to know me. I would like to share a little about
my background with you.
Mandi's Mission Statement
A promise to my clients and fellow realtors:
"My mission as an entrusted realtor in the community is
to consistently earn the public's trust and respect by providing the
highest quality of customer service that I possibly can.
I vow to stand beside and follow faithfully in my mission by
investing in available resources with high motivation and training. To be
ethical 100% of the time and to treat all others the way in which I wish to
be treated; while showing the greatest degree of integrity."
First
of all, I LOVE the Tri-Cities! I grew up in Richland, Washington
& went to high school at Richland High. I know the Tri-City area well.
My credentials consist of: Completion of the 60 hour Washington State
Fundamentals Course in Real Estate Sales. I passed the state required exam,
and completed the Realtor Ethics Course. I worked previously for the
Government on the Chemical Depot in Umatilla as a Computer Programmer/analyst
for 6 years. Due to my outstanding customer service skills I was chosen as
employee of the year with them for 2 years in a row.
I have
been married for 8 years and have 2 beautiful girls ages 4 and 6. In my
spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and being involved in the
community.
My mother
sold Real Estate as well and I grew up knowing what it takes to be a
successful Real Estate Agent. In 2006 I am attending numerous Real Estate
training classes specializing in certain areas of interest. I am a people
person and enjoy helping others in the process of buying and selling homes.
I enjoy seeing satisfaction and happiness in my clients. I WILL NOT stop
until we find the home that is 100% right
for you! I look forward to working for you and establishing a long-term
friendship!
If there
is anything I can do to assist you in finding your next Tri City
home, or in answering any questions you have about
the Tri City
Washington
region, please do not hesitate to Contact Me.
